We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Accounting team.  As the Sr. Financial Analyst, you will provide financial forecasting, support to the annual budgeting process, analysis of operating plan variances and other special projects.  Additionally, you will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis and other projects.  This role acts as the analytical engine of the finance department to provide insight and support optimal business decision-making. 




  • Provides first-line financial support to P&L owners; evaluate trends, recognize financial issues and drive resolution
  • Develops analytical tools to evaluate trends and partners with operating management to leverage analysis into value added actions
  • Provides technical expertise and guidance to address financial questions
  • Supports the development of long-range business plans, budgets, and financial projections
  • Partners with financial management to develop financial models and reporting that will highlight operating performance and aid in forecasting and decision-making
  • Calculates dashboard metrics to communicate financial and operating performance to Senior Management
  • Develops and maintains a high level of proficiency to generate reports from SAP
  • Performs financial and cost-benefit analysis and develops summary of analysis related to proposed strategic initiatives
  • Prepares presentations and other internal reports for management
  • Maintains accounting support in the areas of fixed assets and depreciation, sales and use tax, licensing, insurance, intercompany expense allocations, balance sheet reconciliation, budget preparation and financial statement consolidate.
  • Creates G/L entries and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Assists with monthly financial close process, utilizing SAP, Excel, and supporting documentation.
  • Follows good internal control practices, and immediately brings control variances to the attention of supervisor.



  • Education/Experience: Bachelors’ Degree in accounting, finance or similar and at least 4-6 years of relevant FP&A experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior experience with SAP FICO required.
