We are looking for a Project Manager Lead to join our team!  As a Project Manager Lead, you will supervise the schedule and work assignments and monitors the quality of work performed by Project Managers, oversee the overall delivery of project management activities on a daily basis, and monitor operational activities in real time, making adjustments when needed.



  • Ensures established policies and procedures are followed by Project Managers in the field.
  • Manages escalated customer issues.
  • Develops and conducts training for Project Managers, utilizing company standards and procedures for safety, quality, and customer service practices.
  • Fosters a positive working relationship with Project Managers.
  • Assures quality assurance standards are met and maintained.
  • Identifies procedural inefficiencies and develops and implements solutions to improve.
  • Manages daily schedule including work assignments and schedule changes to ensure that all assignments can be completed as promised.
  • Functions in a customer-facing support role, provides face to face, phone and email support to customers, troubleshoots complex customer issues; provides creative solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Inspects Project Managers vehicles to ensure vehicles are maintained in a neat, stocked, and clean manner.
  • Oversees daily AM load-out and work assignments.
  • Manages team performance and develops performance plans for staff as needed.
  • Coordinates with the Director – Field Operations to manage personnel issues.
  • Completes pre-construction meetings and conducts quality assurance evaluations.
  • Manages daily installation procedures and recruits new sub-contractors.



  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4-6 years prior experience as a Project Manager or equivalent experience in home improvement or construction trades
  • 1-2 years prior supervisory experience
  • strong customer service and project management skills
  • any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must be able to maintain LSWP certification, must hold valid drivers’ license.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position primarily works at a customer home. Work at the customer home may be indoors or outdoors.
