    We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented full time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for a broad range of day-to-day tasks and serve as support to our Contact Center and Marketing division. 

    Responsibilities

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

     

    • Generate daily reports from SAP CRM and BCM and tally previous day’s performance results.
    • Generate daily performance summary report from SAP GUI to assess previous lead to set
      conversions.
    • Review Call source calls; provide report via email to Call Center Managers and Director of
      Marketing.
    • Enter and confirm accuracy of sales results, property searches, rebate referrals and leads issued into SAP CRM.
    • Assist dispatch team with preparing, and dispatching leads to Sales Representatives.
    • Enter after hour pre-cons, and Rep referrals into SAP CRM; create appropriate follow-up’s
    • Maintain supply of printed Marketing Call Center documents and general office supplies.
    • Create training binders.
    • Listen to general voicemail box and distribute voicemails to appropriate departments.
    • Provide back-up coverage for the Front Desk Receptionist and Marketing Call Center staff.

    Qualifications

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    • A high school diploma or GED and 1 year of administrative experience; any equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Prior experience with SAP CRM strongly desired but not required
