    We are looking for an AR/AP Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team!  As the AR/AP Manager, you will be responsible for supporting, managing and executing multiple accounting job functions and operations across multiple companies.  The ideal candidate will build and leverage strong relationships across organizational departments to ensure efficient and timely accounting processes. 



    • Actively manage of Accounts Receivable through coordinated engagement with various departments throughout the organization.
    • Manage Accounts Receivable collections through both internal resources and third party contracts.
    • Process accounting transactions in a multi-entity accounting environment including allocations and direct billings.
    • Perform full range of bookkeeping activities including accounts payable invoices, payment processing and balance sheet reconciliations.
    • Review PO's for accuracy and completeness.
    • Research Accounts Payable issues utilizing accounting records, other technology, and communication within and outside the company.
    • Maintain cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements.
    • Approve cash disbursements by verifying check amounts against invoices, purchasing and receiving documents.
    • Approve general ledger entries by auditing transactions.
    • Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls.
    • Manage staff based on company policy and Accounting department performance expectations.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental procedures and company policy
    • Create and maintain documentation of departmental procedures.
    • Proactively adopt and train staff on technology and other improvements which streamline departmental procedures while maintaining internal controls and sound accounting principles.
    • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
    • Develop and maintain positive communication with internal and external contacts.



    • A bachelors’ degree in finance, business or accounting and a minimum of 5 years’ related experience; any equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • SAP or Oracle system experience.
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
