We are looking for a talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as an interface between assigned business unit(s) and the Human Resources function to advise business unit management on strategic and tactical Human Resources initiatives, policies and procedures and ensure adherence to internally established processes, procedures and standards. As the ideal candidate you will enjoy building relationships and interacting with employees in a meaningful and productive way. You can build trust easily and your business unit(s) see you as a valuable asset. You will enjoy being part of a close-knit HR team, and you can also be proud of your work as an individual contributor. This person reports to the Human Resources Manager.
