    We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team.  As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. You will also provide administrative support for a broad range of day-to-day tasks for the Customer Fulfillment Department.  

    Responsibilities

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

     

    As Receptionist, you will provide full coverage at the front desk at our Manufacturing and Warehouse office in Upper Marlboro, MD.  This includes: 

    • Maintaining a pleasant appearance of the reception area.
    • Answering incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate parties, and transferring callers to voicemail when necessary.
    • Greeting and directing visitors, providing visitor badging and ensuring visitors are logged in using the Visitor Log.
    • Providing employment application materials to potential candidates for hire.
    • Coordinating the pickup and delivery of express mail services.
    • Generating purchase orders and standard reports using SAP.
    • Monitoring and maintaining supply of internal documents and general office supplies.
    • Providing assistance with completing miscellaneous projects.

    Qualifications

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

     

    The Receptionist will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year administrative support experience, preferably in a reception/concierge role.

     

    Basic skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to develop basic skills using SAP CRM and ECC is required.
