We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team. As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. You will also provide administrative support for a broad range of day-to-day tasks for the Customer Fulfillment Department.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As Receptionist, you will provide full coverage at the front desk at our Manufacturing and Warehouse office in Upper Marlboro, MD. This includes:

The Receptionist will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year administrative support experience, preferably in a reception/concierge role.
Basic skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to develop basic skills using SAP CRM and ECC is required.
