    Thompson Creek Window Company is looking for a confident and results-driven Order Analyst to join our team As the Order Analyst, you willaccurately perform ordering, posting front and back commissions, and auditing quotes and sales orders.




    • Review contract to order and ensure appropriate legal documentation is on file for any changes.
    • Review orders for accuracy and input material and product order information into SAP system.
    • Ensures that order is entered correctly the first time to avoid unnecessary costs associated with ordering incorrect products and re-orders.
    • Issue purchase orders for all products ordered.
    • Log vendor order acknowledgement into SAP system.
    • Respond to internal inquiries regarding order status.
    • Communicate regularly with Project Coordinators to maintain updates on order status and to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
    • Process a combination of quotes, sales orders, and commissions with an established minimum daily requirement.
    • Review, modify, and post labor costs.
    • Maintain tax logs in reference to posted invoices
    • Determine if services were completed on the 1st visit and within budget.
    • Review credit memos
    • Assist in payroll for sales representatives
    • Audit quotes to verify accuracy of system transfers.
    • Place jobs on correct statuses.
    • Audit sales orders and review reports when created and when invoiced.
    • Post commissions after each sales order is invoiced.
    • Invoice sales orders



    • High School Diploma or GED. 
    •  At least 2 years data entry experience; prior experience in purchasing/buying is preferred; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP system strongly preferred.
    • Strong data entry skills required.
