We’re proud of our history, and proud to help our communities improve the comfort and conditions of their homes.  Thompson Creek is looking for a customer focused Project Manager to join our Richmond, VA team.   In this role, you will ensure 100% customer satisfaction while overseeing customer installations from pre-construction to final installation.



    • Review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications (i.e., sizes, colors, styles) and perform complete and accurate pre-construction activities, including technical measure and labor estimates for replacement of windows, doors, siding, and gutters.
    • Function in a customer-facing support role, provides face-to-face, phone and email support to customers, troubleshoots complex customer issues; provides creative solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
    • Accurately measure window openings, complete window order, develop labor estimate and specify additional supplies needed for the project.
    • Communicate with customer and Project Manager Lead to resolve conflicts discovered during measure, installation and service.
    • Ensure customers understand the installation process and provide answers to customer questions.
    • Monitor the installation of jobs and ensures company quality standards are maintained and superior customer service is provided for the entire life-cycle of customer jobs.
    • Complete and collect all necessary documents for permit installations when required.
    • Complete services when necessary.
    • Perform lead safety analysis and collect final payments and appropriate documentation from customers upon job completion.
    • Ensure company vehicle is maintained in a neat, stocked, and clean manner.



    • High School diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year related experience
    • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to develop proficiency using company provided applications using an iPad or similar tablet device.
    • Licenses and Certifications: LSWP certification; valid drivers’ license
