We’re proud of our history, and proud to help our communities improve the comfort and conditions of their homes.  Thompson Creek is looking for a Warehouse Administrative Clerk to join our team! The Warehouse Administrative Clerk performs administrative and clerical tasks to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse operations.



    • Manage, receive, and process material purchase orders (PO’s) and stock orders.
    • Scan, upload and attach all vendor packing slips to the PO’s in SAP (ECC).
    • Serve as primary point of contact to resolve all pricing and invoice issues.
    • Aid in resolving all billing discrepancies.
    • Deliver jobs in SAP to expedite last minute needs.
    • Assist with RMA and RTI tasks and paperwork.
    • Create, modify and receive labor purchase orders. Affix purchase order with work order or service ticket.
    • Assist Purchasing Department with modifying sales orders and deliveries for auditing.
    • Reconcile any delivery issues.



    • High school diploma or GED and 2 years’ general clerical experience; any equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Competency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to develop moderate skills with SAP.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT: duties of this position are performed primarily in a warehouse environment with a cement floor. Parts of the facility lack climate control which will subject individuals performing in this role to elements of the natural climate, including temperatures varying between 30 degrees and 100 degrees.


    Required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): This position requires approved safety shoes at all times and protective eyewear as necessary.
