    Responsibilities

    ENVISIONING YOUR ROLE WITH US:

     

    Learn and utilize established methodology to develop rapport and influence potential customers. Ensure leads are qualified to result in a successful in-home demonstration by our Sales Representatives. Enter information gathered from customer interaction into our customer relations software. Your first two weeks includes training to ensure you know all about Thompson Creek, our quality locally manufactured products and know how to use our software systems. We have a tried and tested methodology for interaction with customers. Our Call Center is open Monday through Friday 8AM to 9PM, Saturday and Sunday 8AM to 6PM.

    Qualifications

     

    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN NEW TEAM MEMBERS?

     

    A high school diploma and prior customer service or inside sales experience, solid communication skills and a high level of motivation, strong ability to qualify leads and close, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook, prior experience with a CRM is helpful, but not required.
