    Thompson Creek is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.  As the Project Coordinator you will control and manage the service delivery process for assigned customers. The Project Coordinator serves as a primary, dedicated liaison between the customer and the company concerning installing, contract and service issues.



    • Manage the service delivery process including scheduling the installation, ongoing customer service, and overall customer satisfaction.
    • Support the delivery process by acting as the main point of contact and lead on the customer job from start to finish. Resolve disputes according to established Thompson Creek policies and procedures and uses established methodology for all customer interactions.
    • Review job contract as sold to determine level of effort required and understand materials to be ordered.
    • Identify and resolve contract issues with Sales department.
    • Maintain communication with Purchasing Department to ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Identify any special requirements for the job and communicates to appropriate parties.
    • Ensure proper permits and HOA requirements are satisfied prior to scheduled installation date.
    • Proactively communicate with the customer regularly regarding the job status and issues that may impact service delivery, including delays in product receipt; conducts follow up customer calls.
    • Use independent judgment and discretion to resolve customer issues; escalate to management when necessary.




    Bachelors’ Degree and at least 1 year of customer service experience; any equivalent combination of education and experience; prior project management experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
