ENVISIONING YOUR ROLE WITH US
As a full time field-based Project Manager, you ARE Thompson Creek Window Company! You are helping homeowners envision the untapped potential of their home sweet home. Your ambition, can-do attitude, and detailed knowledge will be your tools to execute the transformation journey.
You ARE critical to the oversight and execution our project and installation! You will be setting the example, executing the customer’s needs, and finalizing their vision. You will be in communication with your project coordinators, logistic teams, and the valued customers.
You will review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications (i.e., sizes, colors, styles) and perform complete and accurate pre-construction activities, including technical measure and labor estimates for replacement of windows, doors, siding, and gutters.
You will also need to function in a customer-facing support role, provides face-to-face, phone and email support to customers, troubleshoots complex customer issues; provides creative solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, which is ALWAYS our top priority!
It is important that you accurately measure window openings, complete window order, develop labor estimates and specify additional supplies needed for the project. Alleviate any natural stress to customers by helping them understand the installation process and provide answers to customer questions. You will also do this by monitoring the installation of all projects, and ensures company quality standards are maintained and superior customer service is provided for the entire life-cycle of customer jobs.
It is necessary for you to complete and collect all documents for permit installations when required. It is also important to perform lead safety analysis and collect final payments and appropriate documentation from customers upon job completion.
It is important for you to be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), provide a valid driver’s license, pass a background check and drug screen.
